MISSION: Every ultra-reliable Guidance, Navigation or Control system using light-weight low-powered position-finding devices calls for the Fast K- Filtering (FKF) to run full speed for survival as a cheetah. Alternative K- Filters (KF) are facing the Central Inversion Problem (CIP) of "1000 supercomputers" as safety and security issues of the Best Practical or Available Control Measures or Technology (BPT, BACM and BACT) are now becoming the dominating factor.
VISION: This patented Helmert-Wolf blocking (HWB) method (used non-operationally in Geodesy) is employed by HYBRID systems representing Best Available Technology (BAT) Economically Achievable (BATEA). The centimeter-level accuracy obtained from the Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) like GPS, GLONASS and GALILEO for the Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) land surveying is now made available for navigation, mobile positioning, control of vehicles and monitoring of environment for improved security (e.g. detecting change of sea level for tsunami warning).
